The images were scanned using my small 8x11 scanner. This required that I scan the maps in four pieces and then stitch them together with Adobe Photoshop. Thus, you will see some color and shading problems and in some cases the pieces don't line up quite perfectly. It was either be satisfied with what I have or never get done. I opted for the former.

The resolution of the township images should be good enough to read most of the details on the maps. The section images should allow you to read everything. I tried to strike a reasonable compromise between long download times for dial-up users and image quality. If you are a dial-up user, be patient. The larger township maps will take a couple of minutes. For those with high-speed Internet connections the download times should be very short.
